Pharmacy - Brownwood refusal of service
The stir sent an email saying Sorry
There was a line of other customers being assisted. When It was my turn to be assisted I advised the young lady at the counter that I had called earlier regarding getting a vaccine and that I was there to do so. The young lady was passive aggressive in her tone and demeeiner towards me as she informed me that "you will have to come back because we have been busy all day and we dont have time to assist you with this." I was confused so I asked if I needed to make an appointment. The young lady also stated, "No.
You just need to come back tomorrow or a day that we are not busy." I looked around and noticed that they had finished helping all other customers. As I started to inform the pharmacy tech that I had called ahead, she stated Im the person you spoke with ion the phone." I told you it would take us 30minutes to do a vaccine." The young lady then looked at her clock and stated, "Its 5:20 and we close at 6PM so 20 minutes is not enough time to give a vaccine." I asked for the forms needed to complete and inquired if I can fill out everything and submit all paperwork and then come back. The young lady looked at me got a form, put it on the counter and shoved it towards me.
I completed all paper work and submitted required documents as 5 other techs stood and watched as there were no customers left to assist. When I left it was 5:30PM and the pharmacy hours of opp are from 8AM to 6PM.

Preferred solution: Persons in the health field have a duty to all customers. It’s dangerous to have a health professional in any capacity who will refuse to render service/aid.

Complaint
I went to United supermarket in snyder, tx today sunday September 27, 2020 and the young girl that took my groceries to my pickup was the most rudest person and she shouldn't even be working there. Her name was Whitney on the name tag, dark brown hair, and black frame glasses.
She was handing me the pitcher of tea and I said the front and this side of back seat are full of groceries now so you need to go around to the other side. She acted real *** about having to do that and I had a 24 pack of Ozarka bottled water and she said "Can you put the water in the pickup?" I just got it and put it in back seat. I'm 63! This was her job to do and was the rudest I've ever seen there.
She should be fired but as I'm sure nothing will be done about her. Thank you for your time.

It is a self-distributing company that is headquartered in Lubbock with distribution centers in Lubbock and Roanoke. United Supermarkets operates in total 51 stores which are under four distinct formats: United Supermarkets, Market Street, Amigos, and United Express. The roots of United Supermarkets go back to 1916, when H.D. Snell opened his first United Cash Store in Sayre, Oklahoma. In 1949, H.D. Snell, Jr. purchased the Vernon and Wellington grocery stores from his father and the Texas tradition began to grow. Jack introduced United Supermarkets to Lubbock in the 1950s, Wichita Falls in the 1960s and Amarillo in the 1970s.
